For most services I charge a flat hourly rate. Contract or project rates are available. If the driving is local I do not charge for mileage. All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 10 miles. Travel over 10 miles will be billed at the rate of $.45 per mile.
Methods of Payment I accept cash, money orders, checks, traveler checks and Pay Pal. Sorry no credit cards. Payments Minimum of one hour charged for all services completed. Fees calculated by 15 minutes intervals after first hour. All payments are due at end of service, or as agreed upon in advance. Cancellation We all lead busy lives and plans change and situation arise that cause us to change our plans. I would appreciate as much notice as possible to adjust my commitments and for the consideration of other clients. If endless cancellations occur a cancellation charge or termination of services will apply. A minimum of 2 hours or the full price of services will be charged if failure to provide any notice of cancellation. After hours or holiday assistance Assistance outside of my regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a fee in addition to my regular rate. Pets Any transportation of pets requires suitable carrier. |
